Description |
This course
is designed
for those
who wish to
gain a
basic
understanding
of
Microsoft
Word using
Office
2007. It
will
benefit
beginners
who wish to
create
simple, yet
professional
looking
documents.
Students do
not need
any
previous
experience
of Word but
must have a
basic
understanding
of
computers,
including
familiarity
with a
keyboard
and mouse.
On
completion
of this fun
course,
students
will be
able to
create
documents
as well as
insert,
edit,
format and
proof read
text. You
will also
be able to
print
documents
and save
files
efficiently
for later
use. Other
features
cover
include
paragraph
formatting
and
creating
tables,
working
with tabs
and
indents,
mail-merge,
inserting
columns,
wordart,
clipart and
images,
plus many
other
features.
This course
will be
taken by
Wayne
Boardman,
an
experienced
I.T. tutor.
Max. 14
students.
There will
be no
session
during
Royal Ascot
week on
Wednesday
18th
June.
It is
recommended
that
students
will have
attended
the ‘Learn
how to use
the
computer’
course.
This is
useful
software
for
students
wishing to
return to
work or to
enhance
computer
skills for
personal
