This course will teach students how to see pictures and successfully record them using any camera.  You will learn how to take portraits, both formal and fun, using a variety of light sources, and also imaginative still life subjects.  Two sessions will be on location to take a wide variety of photographs. 

Students should bring their own cameras which may be film or digital. Where film cameras are used, students must supply their own film; usually two or three films will be used. Students will be responsible for arranging the processing of the films, where used, and for the production of prints for class discussion.
