Relaxation and Guided Meditation for Stress Relief / Personal Healing

This course is carefully structured to allow students of

all levels including complete beginners to practice the techniques with ease, and experience the tremendous benefits (stress reduction, healing of specific health problems, improved energy and overall health, and a sense of inner calm and peace). Depending on demand, there may also be an opportunity for students to choose some themed sessions (e.g. confidence, weight issues, financial abundance or relationships etc).

 

The wide range of  graded exercises and techniques cover relaxation, concentration, mind-programming, visualisation, reaching deep alpha states,  targeted self-healing, chakra balancing, breathing techniques, guided meditations, self-hypnosis and free meditation.

 

Etty Payne is a qualified and experienced practitioner of many holistic therapies, including some unusual and interesting ones.  Please wear warm, comfortable clothing, bring a cushion and a blanket or mat to lie on.  Max. 12.
